Interstellar BBQ

My first time trying BBQ in Austin and my god it was amazing.

Came on a Sunday afternoon and hit only a 10 min wait time.

• The Brisket was amazing, and definitely my favorite. Was so tender and fatty.
• The ribs were also great and paired well with their BBQ sauce.
• The sausage was a bit underwhelming, wasn’t a huge fan of the cheese inside.
• Pork belly was awesome and the sweetness and crunchy outer texture was a great pair.
• Short rib and lamb were decent, not a lot of taste by themselves.

The sides were honestly the best part though, and the banana pudding 🤤.

Also they were so nice and even gave us some extra ribs on the house. Didn’t think I would be into BBQ but now I gotta go try Franklins and Terry Blacks.
