Pork loin, tomato, corn, oranges, and pinto bean soup – seems to be the best name for it.
I had an odd amalgamation of ingredients and I looked them up together online and it threw back a few variations and lurk here so I said “f$&@ it” threw everything together in the cooker and it came together pretty well!

This is the best recipe I saw online for what I did, I used to same spices, but this looks like it would be better for carnitas for tacos.
I’m curious about the oranges. I used them in/under my turkey and in the gravy for Thanksgiving, but I removed the pieces. How do they hold up after slow cooking?
