California’s Rockstar Winemaker

Adam LaZarre joined the U.S. Navy when he was 21 and served for almost seven years, which included time in the Persian Gulf War. His father and sister also both served in the military. His dad landed on the beaches of Normandy during the allied invasion in WWII, while his sister was a Captain in the Navy.

After serving, Adam LaZarre discovered a passion for wine and studied winemaking at California State University, Fresno. He fell in love with California’s Central Coast and built a career crafting bold wines for top estates. In 2003, he launched his own label focused on small-lot Pinot Noir, later expanding to include other varieties like Cabernet, Chardonnay, Merlot and Albariño. With discipline from his military background and a deep respect for the land, Adam has earned major accolades—including “Winemaker of the Year” from the Sacrament Bee. His journey highlights the remarkable impact veterans can make in civilian life.

Adam is breaking the winemakers’ mold—he looks like he’d be just as comfortable leading a wine tasting as he would be in a mosh pit of a rock concert. It should come as no surprise that he often hosts an annual “Merlot & Metal” event. And, when it comes to wine, he likes to turn the volume way up.

Adam is excited to showcase his Pinot Noir in the new FOX News American Wine Club. You can embark on a coast-to-coast journey through established and emerging epicenters of American wine culture—with hand-picked bottles delivered to your doorstep. You’ll discover the people, places and practices that elevate American winemaking. Each purchase supports a small U.S. business, and a portion of each purchase is donated to support military veterans.

The FOX News American Wine Club is different than any wine service in the country and is rooted in patriotism and pride for our great nation. Here’s what makes it unique:

Focusing on American Craftsmanship. The wine club is a toast to America’s great vineyards and winemakers and will shine a spotlight on the people who put their heart, history and heritage into every bottle. Club members get exclusive access to handcrafted wines you won’t find in big-box stores (or even your local shop), helping small, family-owned vineyards to thrive.

A True Taste of America. Every wine club shipment becomes a journey across the country — from the bold reds of Napa Valley to the elegant Pinot Noir of Oregon to the crisp whites of New York’s Finger Lakes, plus hidden gems from Texas, Arizona, Tennessee, Michigan…and beyond. The wines represent the diversity of American soil, climate and craft, and each glass tells a uniquely American story.

Supporting Our Veterans. One unique aspect of the wine club is the number of veteran winemakers it showcases. It features many rich stories and supports those who have learned to adapt their skills from the battlefield to the vineyard and cellar. Also, for every wine club case sold, money is donated directly to U.S.VETS, a charity whose mission is to eradicate veteran homelessness.

Exclusive & Curated. Each wine is hand-picked by experts who share FOX News’ and AMAC’s values of tradition, quality and authenticity. There will be limited-release bottles and rare vintages that reflect the best of American winemaking.

A Like-Minded Community. Wine club members will also join a community of fellow enthusiasts who want to support American craftsmen and businesses. The club features winemaker spotlights, behind-the-scenes details and tasting notes that bring you closer to the people and stories behind the bottle.

Pour with Patriotic Pride. Of course, wine club shipments are perfect for family gatherings, holiday tables…or simply a quiet evening at home. Each sip is both a celebration of local craft and a commitment to American excellence.

This is the most enjoyable, convenient and delicious way to discover what great American winemaking has to offer. Start your journey today. Cheers!
