    **Tuna melt (makes 2 servings above pic is 1 serving):**

    * Sara lee 45 cal bread (2)
    * 1.5 tbsp regular Mayo (I don’t like light)
    * 4 tbsp of 2÷ cottage cheese
    * 2 slices of mild cheddar cheese
    * 1 can tuna

    Broil on high for just a few mins and watch carefully.

    **Chocolate Milk:**

    * 1.5 cups Fairlife skim Milk
    * 2 tbsp no sugar added Nesquick
