My wife loves slow cooked onions on burgers. Like, a lot. Still perfecting my slow but not too slowly cooked onions but getting pretty okay I think. I call it the Mountonion Burger

May favorite thing to do, is once they’re caramelized to my liking. I form them up like you did. But then put a slice o cheese on it and let it melt before I put it on the burg
