It didn't go too smoothly, the ingredients were not ideal, but in the end it turned out smelling and looking great, now I'm just waiting for the dinner to start so that I can cut it open and try some

This is a “WoW dude!!!” Moment

OP the Panettone is one of the most complicated desserts in the world to pull off, and to see the size of it, you deserve a 110 out of 100.

    Outstanding result, Bravo!!! 👏👏👏

  3. First, your dough looks like it’s the right color (very important because it means you used the proper flour, correct amount of egg yolks and let it rest long enough to get that color). Second, you final product looks a LOT like artisenal panettone sold at bakeries here in Italy (as opposed to the mass produced commercial ones).

Can you please share the recipe?

This looks pretty awesome. I don’t like the taste of panettone but they are really pretty. And anything that has to rise is hard for me so I stick to massive batches of pizzelles. I can make them with my eyes closed now since I make so many.

Wow! As Italian I can say it looks sooo good!
Please send a picture once you cut it! I’m really curious on how the inside developed!
Again, congratulations! I never ever thought to cook one because seems so difficult to have a really nice result like yours! I would be so happy to achieve anything close to what you did!
