Phil’s has the best burger…

bun in town. I believe its a potato bun and possibly made in house. The actually burger meat more often than not will be a dry puck, much like you'd find when you arrive late to your friend's bbq. The fish sandwich might be the best in town although it should have cheddar/American and not pepperjack cheese. If they could cook a burger even as good as a Sandy's, they could be topping some lists.
