


Every year for Christmas, it’s been my new tradition to use truffle in my Christmas meal in some capacity. The fondue year was to die for.. this year I was gifted a cheese making kit and decided ravioli was the way to go with my fresh ricotta. It’s not bad for a first try: the pink ravioli are cheese, beet and lemon zest, the white are just cheese and prosciutto, with some extra fettuccine hanging out behind, and there’s bits of truffle in the dough. Gonna drizzle with some truffle balsamic and oil, respectively 🤤 gonna be hard to top this one
