*So far, has been amazing. Heavy blackberry with leather notes(according to my Fiancée who has the better palate). Tannins are velvety smooth. We decanted for two hours before dinner than poured back into the bottle and put into fridge for 30min. Compared to the sample we had after we opened it, it’s a completely different wine. It paired nicely with the burger but tbh it really clicks with the Andes mints I’ve been eating with it right now.
