Juice and freeze in 1 cup portions.
Preserves. Cheesecake topping and anything a Google search comes up with.

Whatever you make, make sure you make it with passion (fruit)

Best for passion fruit is to simply make juice.
It’s super easy. Put the flesh in a blender with a but if water and do little bursts at low speed. It’ll separate all the seeds. Add a bit of sugar and water, and voilà.

    Enjoy.

First things first: juice (just remove the seeds) and freeze the pulp of these babies in ice cubes so you can enjoy it in any recipe you want, year round! I would make a tart/pie, a jam that can go on anything (ice cream, panna cotta, filling for puff pastries, doughnuts, cakes, etc.), a sorbet, custard, mousse. The opportunities are endless!

  10. Nice. Congrats. Happy for you.

One thing you should do is sit a break them open then eat the pulp until you have completely satisfied your hunger for passion fruit.

I’d probably get a bunch of jars and make passionfruit jam for the homies.

  12. Preserve them. Try /r/dehydrating them into chips, canning, making jam, or making Cheong.

For about a year there was a passionfruit vine fruiting in an alley that I walk my dog in. I collected probably a hundred of them over the course of the year!

What I did was to process them in a food processor to separate the seeds and pulp, then strain and freeze the juice in ice cube trays. Then dump the frozen cubes into a freezer bag. When you need passion fruit nectar, you’ve got it!

But don’t waste the pulp and seeds, either. You can freeze those separately and separate some out to make a big pitcher of passionfruit lemonade. Just add some pulp and seeds, lemon juice, sugar, and water.

    Man, I love passion fruit!

My top choice of fruit. I love passion fruits. You gotta eat them when they’re very wrinkled. The yellow ones (Lilikoi) from Hawaii are the best.

If you have an ice cream maker, sorbets!

  18. I’ve been drinking passionfruit espresso tonics. A chunky puree with tonic water and an espresso doubleshot.

A shrub to preserve them. Process the fruit, weigh it. Then blend with equal parts vinegar and sugar. Dissolve sugar in vinegar first and let cool. Pairs well with light, fruity vinegars (white balsamic, champagne, or white wine)

1-2oz with soda water poured over is an easy mocktail and you can use it for all types of cocktails.

    Enjoy.
