Ended up making less than I thought. I should have bought smaller bottles since the plan was to give them out as Christmas gifts.
Flavor ended up being great. [Used this recipe](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AJ3fy9gDN9I), except for the peppers I used a mix of mostly tabasco, cayenne, and habanero, with some additional serranos and Ms Junies added in when I weighed the mash realized there wasn’t going to be enough.
