Honestly seems nicely convenient. If you just wanna cook up a couple pieces of chicken or a steak. I find myself not grilling or smoking anything unless it’s for a whole family meal because smoking a pork butt or a brisket for eight hours and then finishing off in the oven still feels like a bit too much work if it’s just a small meal. I’m always making my steaks inside on the cast-iron.

Bone in chicken thighs from Costco, best way to learn. Once you get the hang of it, choice steak, boneless chicken thighs and then some prime ribeye or New York steak.

Yes I have dry marinated some chicken thighs and drumsticks and made a bbq sauce. Let’s hope I don’t overcook it.
