    Pass the fatty!

Save the flat for leftover sammiches.

Both. Not just saying that to be vague or to have it all. But i do need both to be happy. It also really depends on the situation.

    1. If i’m sitting down to eat brisket as the entre & some sides. I need lean pieces to balance out the fatty pieces.

    2. If its sandwiches. Lean.

    3. If i’m only snacking on brisket. Fatty.

    4. If brisket is only 1 of many other meat & side dishes. Fatty.

Both. But lean for sandwiches, fatty for eating by itself.

Lean. I love brisket but it gives me the absolute worst heartburn everytime I eat it.

Any advice on cooking an oven beef brisket?

  7. You know that part on the edge of the point where the meat strands pull off like string cheese…that is my jam

If you don’t know that part…well team fatty I suppose.
