For Christmas my Bambino Plus was upgraded with a Normcore bottomless filter! Pulled a tasty shot, but did have some spraying but only in a couple spots. Is this due to inconsistent tamping? I usually use a WDT, then manually tamp, and then use a self leveling tamper for Normcore after! Would love advice!

Could this be caused from grinding to fine? Causing too much pressure?

“did some spraying” brother, it didn’t do some spraying. It sprayed the whole time and did some pouring.
Got the same as you, the grinder it use I the Bartaza encore which the sweet spot is number 16 not sure if helps but you’re super close 👍🏽
How did you take a video of my shot this morning?? 15% of it landed on my hand and counter top with my new Christmas beans. That’s how I found out I needed to grind finer. Lol
Why would you double tamp? What do you think that is accomplishing?
