always cook extra steamed white rice so I can make “SINANGAG” or garlic fried rice the next day for breakfast. Stir fried cold leftover white rice in lots of crispy garlic with a little salt. So good with any time of protein like longanisa or Filipino sausage and fried egg π΅πβ€οΈ

Gosh I love silog talaga Tita Becky!!! Lalo na 'yung TAPSILOG – tapa ng baka na dry or if may sarsa para sa rice tapos the maahang na sukang paombong or pinakurat!!!

Every time I see you eat the very familiar Filipino food…I miss Filipino food, been having a lot of Italian pasta, Chinese , and Japanese food…though these cuisines are great…the Filipino food especially with coke zero or coffee….grabe, sobra ang sarap talaga!
