Ingredients
Recheado Masala
• 1 small onion, roasted and cut into quarters
• 15 Kashmiri red chilies
• 1/2 tsp turmeric
• a small lemon-sized ball of tamarind
• 2 tbsp vinegar
• 1/2-inch ginger
• 8 garlic cloves
• 1/2 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1/2-inch cinnamon sticks
• 2 cloves
• 5 black peppercorns

Stuffing
• 200 grams of squid after cleaning (9 squids)
• 2 onions, chopped
