This was almost a beautiful, symmetrical 20” pizza
Until a fold in the dough during launch said otherwise.

Then I’m sorry, it’s my duty to inform you that you’re neither eligible to enter the International Pizza Challenge, nor the World Pizza Championship. However, I Shanksworthy deem your pizza, worthy of a thumbs up. 👍🏻 Well done, and Merry Christmas!
Hahahah I know the heartbreak all too well. It makes you want to throw the pizza peel like a throwing star

It’s still beautiful.

Who cares? The flavor is still locked in.

I often have the same issue when launching 18-20” pizzas. Some people use screens for pizzas that large. I have found I do much better with 14-16”.

I actually prefer the “artisanal” shapes! Gorgeous pizza!

Everything that is beautiful is not completely symmetrical. That’s a beautiful pizza pie.

What size dough ball? Looks great!

Great looking pizza, you should be proud. I have a hard time getting that much colour on the cheese without burning the crust on mine. Still learning the max but great to see your result 🙂

Instead, it’s a beautiful, assymetrical 20″ pizza

Looks good, but zero rotational symmetry.
I mean, I’ll take the bullet and eat that one 😁
