
my recent macaron attempts have been looking a little translucent n not as opaque as macarons usually do which is not a common problem in this community so i dont know why this happens ☹️ does anyone have suggestions? would love to hear them

I get that too sometimes and i have no idea why lol!!! Its only on some of my batches but i feel like i make rhem the exact same. maybe im not drying down my dishes well enough???
I would also like to know …. I’ve had this happen a couple times before.
