Saw someone post the same cooker an hour ago

Well, if you have a little garden trowel, you could get most of it back in there

Good thing the car is clean so no one might notice…!

You should access Santa for a belated gift of those silicone straps they make specifically to secure the lid of a crockpot for travel so you can avoid this happening again

Wow, and someone puked in your crockpot. What a mess.

I got that same snow brush! It is awesome!

You may have saved Christmas dinner from the looks of it, I am sure plan B was much more enjoyable.

Great decision on getting those floor mats though.

I’d scoop 50% of that back in the pot. Whos gonna know?

This is why lid locks exist for the insert. Use them next time.

  11. Oh no! I just noticed it was in your car.
I guess if the pot isn’t one that can be fastened closed, or no straps to keep it closed, or no one to hold it and make sure it doesn’t spill, an idea would be to put it in a sealable container and transfer it to the pot upon arrival.

The one time the clamping version would have been better

  13. Your job was to dump food in the back seat of your car?

The way I’m sitting here reacting as if it happened to me. Like, I’m traumatized on your behalf.

I’m just so sorry. This is some MF’g ass BS.

I’m so sorry that happened to you. I know the feeling very well, only my experience was a pot of chili. After that incident, I always wrap the crockpot in bulky towels and set it in a sturdy box or milk crate when it goes for a car ride. I also use ball bungee cords around each leg and around the knob in the lid to keep the lid secure. But upgrading my crockpot to one with a locking lid was a game changer.

Was the mission to get rid of expired goop ? 😁

If it makes you feel any better I too have that same crock pot

You know look at the bright side. Maybe it was supposed to happen, maybe there was one lonely piece of bacteria spreading and it was gonna get everyone sick.

At least your car will smell good for a while!

If you use a crock pot liner you can clip it closed for transportation. …

    (Have mercy)
