Korean Yukgaejang is truly a crazy food in the winter. You can truly experience the spicy, warm, savory, and refreshing flavors of beef and green onions.
Personally, if you catch a cold, this food is the best health food.

I made a big pot of it for my family for dinner today. I guess they liked it because they argued over who got to take the leftovers home!

Beef and green onion-filled Yukgaejang is good for both colds and stamina.
One of my favourite Korean dishes, probably one of the first I came to eat regularly. I used to work in an area known for Korean community and therefore lots of Korean restaurants. One place did the most amazing yukgaejang and I think it was only £7 with rice and a couple of banchan (which I think is a pretty good price in the UK).

Absolutely, nothing warms winter like a bowl of spicy, soul-healing yukgaejang. 🔥🥣
