75 grams of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon of salt
As needed chocolate spread

  • Procedure for Making

Boil the potatoes until soft, then mash them with a fork until smooth. Once the potatoes are soft, add salt and sugar, then add the flour.

Mix the flour until it forms a dough or until it is smooth and does not stick to your hands.

Then flatten it, add chocolate spread inside, and flatten it again into a circle.

Bake with margarine for about 15 minutes over low heat, flipping it until it turns golden brown.

This looks good! I bet this would be great for kids to get some nice potatoes in their diet. Thank you and the pictures of the process!

That shouldn’t work, but I’ll bear it in mind next time I’m making potato scones, make a few of these

  5. Hmm, never thought of this combo, but it’s probably delicious! Like chocolate chip pancakes.
