I get asked for focaccia for every family get-together.
I now get asked for focaccia at work get-togethers too. Although my Chinese manager just asks for “white people bread”. She loves it.

Hahah me too. And they’re these “parker house rolls” that are kind of a pain in the butt to make, rolling out semirisen dough into a 8×12″ square is… not a shape dough Likes to do.
