    Made this 2 weeks ago and it was a huge hit, but I doubt I’d make it again. Took me like 5 hours and by the end my kitchen looked like a tornado blew through it.

    Maybe if I break it into make bolognese one day and assemble the lasagna the next it would be a little less daunting, though I’m sure I’ll still end up with a layer of bechamel on my stove top while assembling.

    I’ve made this twice and while i liked the bolognese, i wasn’t a fan of all of the sloppy stuff in the lasagna. So my new go-to is make the Kenji bolognese, but the rest of the recipe is from ATK lasagna recipe.
