Just got this for Christmas. Looking forward to my very first brisket.

I have had one for about 6 months and despite some bad reviews this has been fine and without issue for me. It does what it does, I sometimes put a smoke tube in for added smoke when doing a Brisket but ribs, sausage, pulled pork are great.
