Pork country style ribs, red potatoes, garlic, red enchilada sauce, baked beans, ranch beans, mushrooms (pan cooked added after), hot sauce and seasoning. We’ll see how it turns out tomorrow morning.

    If you’re slow cooking those country style ribs I’d try to trim some of the fat off. It’s an especially fatty cut

    Update: the crockpot was a little too full, so I removed some liquid and a couple potato pieces. I pan seared the mushroom slices with some soy sauce and evoo and set them aside in the fridge until tomorrow, (I’m cooking for people who do, and do NOT like mushrooms, so they will be added later as needed.)
