    Recipe :

    Ingredients:
    – 800 g beef chuck, cut into cubes
    – 2 tbsp olive oil
    – 1 onion, chopped
    – 3 cloves garlic, minced
    – 3 potatoes, cubed
    – 2 carrots, sliced
    – 2 tbsp tomato paste
    – 3 cups beef broth
    – 1 tsp paprika
    – 1 tsp thyme
    – 1 bay leaf
    – Salt and black pepper to taste
    – 1 tbsp flour (optional, for thickening)

    Instructions:
    1. Season beef with salt and pepper.
    2. Heat oil and brown beef on all sides.
    3. Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
    4. Stir in tomato paste and spices.
    5. Add potatoes, carrots, broth, and bay leaf.
    6. Cover and cook on low 6–8 hours (or simmer 2 hours).
    7. Thicken with flour if needed.
    8. Serve hot.
