A new restaurant will celebrate its grand opening next month at Sawgrass Grove in The Villages.
Luma Mediterranean Kitchen, a “fast-casual restaurant” will celebrate its grand opening on Jan. 5. It will opening in the space previously occupied by The Villages Show Kitchen. Luma Mediterranean Kitchen is being introduced by FMK Hospitality Group, which operates numerous successful restaurants and country clubs in The Villages and has grown into one of The Villages’ top employers.

Luma customers will have the opportunity to build their own bowls and pitas, choosing from a variety of ingredients including Jasmine Rice, Persian Black Lentils, Shawarma Chicken, Mediterranean Ship, Smashed Lamb, Gyro Meat, Avocado Hummus, Feta Cheese, veggies, seasonings and dressings.
