I guess almost no. And I believe there is a regulation maybe, if /100g or one serving after what number, can mark as 0.

One serving is only tiny, and if it’s not over like 2 calories, they’re allowed to round it down to 0

The grape flavored ones are about 6kcal per piece.

In general most gum is gonna be between 3-6 kcal per piece. So unless you’re somehow downing a whole pack of these a day you don’t have to worry about it. You probably burn more calories standing up and getting the gum from your counter

What is hard to believe about gum being zero calories?

  5. Its a negligible amount, not worth worrying about. You could chew multiple packs a day and be fine

By law they can round down, but you’ll burn more than the calories in those in just a couple of breaths.

It is but just remember that its xylitol, an artificial sweetener that is known cause digestive upset

Friendly PSA for anyone who isn’t already aware: Xylitol is DEADLY poisonous to pets so make sure your dog can’t get to it!

Yeah, go crazy with it (obviously don’t cuz too much of it has a laxative effect)

1g of carbs is 4 calories. The fact that says Sugar Alcohol 1g means its slightly less than that.
You can assume between 2-3 calories per piece. Nutrition Facts tables are allowed to round down by up to 20% in some cases, but regardless, anything below 5 calories per serving is allowed to round to 0.

Maybe Simon. But the xylitol gives me the runs.
