Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs beef tips or chuck roast (cut into chunks)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional, for thick gravy)

Instructions:

  1. Add beef tips to the crockpot.
  2. Top with onion and garlic.
  3. In a bowl, mix beef broth, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce.
  4. Pour mixture over the beef.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours (or HIGH for 4 hours).
  6. Optional: Mix cornstarch with water, add during last 30 minutes to thicken gravy.

  • Egg noodles
  • Rice
