✨Tuna fusilli puttanesca recipe | Slimming World Friendly ✨

🛒 Ingredients
1 cal cooking spray
1 onion, finely sliced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Pinch of dried red chilli flakes
200g dried fusilli pasta
400g can chopped tomatoes
16 pitted black olives in brine, sliced into thirds
145g can tuna in spring water, drained
10g fresh flat-leaf parsley, leaves finely chopped
1️⃣ Spritz a large, non-stick frying pan with cooking spray and put over a medium-high heat. Fry the
onion for 5 minutes until softening, stirring often.
2️⃣ Add the garlic and chilli flakes with a splash of water and fry for 2 minutes. At the same time, cook the pasta following the pack instructions.
3️⃣ Add the tomatoes and olives to the frying pan, then half-fill the tomato can with water and pour that in. Bring to a simmer and cook for 8-10 minutes until reduced and thickened, stirring often. Stir in the tuna.
4️⃣ Add a ladle of the pasta cooking water to the sauce, then drain the pasta. Add the pasta to the sauce, stirring to coat, and cook over a medium heat for 1-2 minutes until the sauce clings to the pasta. Equally divide between 2 bowls, then scatter over the parsley and enjoy
