Brined and smoked a pastrami to go with some latkes for a belated Pastramukah celebration. 6 day brine followed by a 14 hour cook, definitely an annual tradition that will continue.

    Invite me over. I’ll bake a fresh sourdough, bring some expensive whiskey, and leave my kids at home (they don’t really bring much to the table or have jobs).
