This turned out fantastic! So were the hot dog "burnt ends" and chicken wings.

Nice! I did habanero bacon jam glaze on mine for Christmas. It turned out fantastic! Also did a Cajun rubbed turkey, injected with Cajun butter, but brined in lemon thyme turkey bath for two days previous. They were both amazing and a complete hit. You ham looks too notch though. Mine didn’t have that same heavy glaze look.
