I love lemonade but never had mint lemonade. I’m going to make some of that. Put it in my favorite summer glass & sip it while pretending it’s a nice warm sunny day. We’re having a little blizzard here in Iowa right now. Have a blessed day! 👍😋🍹🍋💚😁🌨❄️☃️
Ingredients • 3–4 fresh lemons (or ½ cup lemon juice) • ½–1 cup sugar (to taste) • 1 cup water • 3–4 cups cold water • ¼–⅓ cup finely chopped fresh mint leaves • 1–2 cups ice • Extra lemon slices & mint for garnish
Instructions 1. In a small pot, combine the sugar and 1 cup of water. Heat on the stove until the sugar completely dissolves and the mixture comes to a gentle boil. Remove from heat. 2. Stir most of the chopped mint into the hot simple syrup, reserving a little mint for later. Let it sit and cool completely. 3. Squeeze 3–4 fresh lemons into a pitcher. 4. Once cooled, strain or pour the mint simple syrup into the pitcher and mix well. 5. Add 3–4 cups cold water and the ice. Stir until fully blended. 6. Add the remaining mint leaves and fresh lemon slices. 7. Chill, pour, and enjoy — one of the most refreshing drinks ever!

Yum 😋
Add soda water instead of plain water and lime juice instead of lemon juice and silver rum and you have a Mojito 🍹
The heat will melt the sugar.. just so you know
Your recipes are absolutely amazing. Sending much love from Seoul Korea.
