ARMSTRONG CREEK, Wis. — The Goodman Armstrong Creek Lions Club recently hosted its annual senior Christmas dinner. Not even the chill in the air could keep the seniors from enjoying a holiday meal and camaraderie at the Armstrong Creek Community Center. Entertainment was provided by John Gorgol, who played Christmas tunes on his accordion.
A full turkey dinner was served, along with rolls made by several members of the club. Meals were also delivered to the homes of those who could not attend. And leftovers were sent to Maplewood Villa, a residential assisted living community.
