Was gifted a Summit Kamado a couple months ago and it’s become my “daily” driver.
A friend had an unfortunate accident with this grill after a month of ownership and I gifted it to me after. Took a couple weeks for me to get around to using it but I’ve grown to love it.

The WSK is such a joy to cook on. I remember when they rolled out, I thought “who’s gonna pay that much for a glorified kettle”?
A few years later.. me, that’s who! Wish I had done it sooner. The temp regulation is the best I’ve used.

I have had mine for 5 years now and best BBQ I have every had.
You should try to pick up a vortex as they work really well for making wings.
