New to the sous vide game, I've done a few meals so far- wild turkey breast, ribeye, chicken wings, and now filet mignon. Came out amazing! In fact everything I've cooked so far has been great chicken wings were the best I've ever made.

-128f for 1.5hrs in inkbird sous vide
-Ice bath for 15min (used snow since I got it around here lol)
-Sear on ripping hot carbon steel pan in homemade clarified butter for about 90sec per side

Excited to try more proteins sous vide, pork chops are next on the menu always hated dry over cooked pork chops from what I hear sous vide is the way to go.

Thank you for your picture post to r/sousvide. We want to remind everyone of Rule #5. Posts should be accompanied by something to foster discussion. A comment, a question, etc is encouraged.

If you’ve posted a picture of something you’ve prepared, please explain why in a comment so people can have some sort of conversation. Simply dropping a picture of food in the sub isn’t really fostering any discussion which is what we’re all aiming for.

Posts that are a picture with no discussion can and will be removed by the mods.

    Thank you!!
