Tried the rib roast on the Webber this year and very happy with the results. I also used a few hickory chunks on the charcoal for some smoke flavor and turned out better then expected.

    My brother in Christ. You’ve won King of the Hill of Reddit prime rib posts with this. All others bow in defeat.

    The best piece of meat that I’ve ever eaten was a smoked prime rib with a smoked tallow bearnaise by Adam Perry Lang at a BBQ seminar. I yearn for another version of it.
