Mobile Coffee Cart Electrical Help

Hi Everyone,

I recently acquired a mobile cart manufactured by Capsule, and I am confused about the power outlet. It has the power box installed on the cart, but it needs a special outlet to operate. I have looked online and can’t find any generators with that type of power outlet, since it’s not rated with that type of power. How do you take it out and use it since not a lot places have that type of outlet needed to operate it?
