Crustless 5 cereal bread slathered in butter and toasted, with Gouda and cheddar!! On the side, tomato soup topped with parmesan. Ideally I’d let it all settle a minute or two before eating but this was too melty not to capture..

To be honest, it doesn’t make me hungry…but a cheese sandwich with such a moist crust is almost like eating soggy bread with a little cheese….
