I feel your pain and deeply sympathize as I get gastritis often. My go to is grilled chicken breast or tuna, rice, butter, and Montreal steak seasoning (just a little bit for flavor). Works well for me but YMMV. That and Pepcid, it’s a real game changer. Hope you feel better soon.

Hey good luck pal. I had it about 6 weeks ago, took two weeks of low-fodmap foods like yours before eating vaguely normally again. Still nervous around onions.

Look up poached chicken breast. Going to be a lot less depressing to choke down.

this may help: [low residue](https://www.webmd.com/ibd-crohns-disease/crohns-disease/low-residue-diet-foods). Basically anything that is highly soluble, low residue, is going to help a bit for the short term. (I ate plain chicken and white rice for nearly 6mo…. I feel your pain)
