👨🍳 Creamy Blueberry Protein Smoothie Recipe
1 (15oz) can/jar black beans (or 240 g cooked beans)
1 cup (160 g) blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup (240 ml) plant-based yogurt
1 cup (240 ml) plant-based milk
5 Medjool dates, pitted, soft, big*
(*If you wanna cut the total calories in half, replace the dates with zero calorie monk fruit sweetener.)

Protein Content Total: 47.71 g plant-based protein
1 can black beans (240 g) = 21.26 g protein
160 g frozen blueberries = 0.65 g protein
240 g soy yogurt (high protein) = 14.4 g protein
240 g soy milk = 8.52 g protein
160 g dates = 2.88 g protein

I admit i was sceptic about the beans , but i tried it, and now i do it every day. Is so tasty and fresh. After workout is so good to drink it. No sugar, no chemicals, just pure protains, fibers and fresh fruits.
