
title says it all. First full bird on the egg/ bigger smoke. Ive done burgers, chicken legs, steaks, etc. All small items. This is my first bigger/ thicker meat smoked slow on a non electric smoker. Meater probe in top, heavy on dark brown sugar, onion, garlic, chilli powder, paprika, black pepper, salt. Currently at 350⁰ over apple.
