
15-minute broccoli pasta. Cheap. Green. Dangerous. Save this for cold weekdays when you don’t want to think.
Ingredients
- 250 g pasta (penne)
- 1 large head of broccoli, cut into small
- 3–4 cloves garlic, sliced
- ¼ tsp chilli flakes
- Olive oil
- Salt + black pepper
- Parmesan
- Butter
- Pasta water
Instructions
- Boil pasta in well-salted water.
- In a pan, heat olive oil → add garlic + chilli flakes. Cook gently until fragrant, not brown.
- Add broccoli and gently smash.
- Add the pasta to the pan with a splash of pasta water and toss until glossy.
- Finish with butter and cheese.
