Copycat Gilt Bar/Hogsalt tavern sauce (on the burger) recipe?!

I’m looking for a copycat recipe for Gilt Bar’s tavern sauce they use on their burger. Probably mayo based with chopped onions?? It’s been a while since I’ve went and my pics are all so dark but we want to make sliders for Christmas with a similar sauce 🤤Anyone have any additional thoughts?
