I made it. At Christmas I spent 3 days slow proofing my own soup bowls and got asked what Bakery they were from
I just hammered out a loaf of bread and burger buns this afternoon while cleaning the kitchen…. bread is no longer a mystery. Took a long time and a lot of bad loaves
