If that’s all the chicken you’re getting then no way is that accurate.

Their ingredient list is strange too…. Peas before chicken?

You could weigh it and find out if you google cooked vs raw weight. Doesn’t look too far off for me though. Like 100g of rice and 170g of chicken breast would come out to around 50g for example. That’s not exactly a huge portion.

  4. 50g of protein from cooked chicken breasts is ~180g of chicken. Looks like you already bought it, so weigh it. Plus there is some protein in rice as well.

To my eye it seems legit.

  5. Please, Mr. Jacky, I know it’s convenient but this makes me so sad. You could make this yourself and it would be so good and so much more protein. 💜

I don’t think it’s quite 50g but remember, legally they are allowed a certain % error on total protein content. When I entered 1 cup brown rice, 4 ounce chicken breast, 0.25 cup peas, I get about 42g total protein. The sauce may have some too.

If it matters, it looks like the calories add up to 492

No, and I’d be very disappointed to have 520 calories just for some chicken, rice, and a few peas and carrots.

This looks like it needs a lot more veg. A bit of broccoli on this would be fit.

the chicken breast(potato flour, water, vegetable oil) concerns me.

As others are saying you should weigh it, but as someone who regularly eats around 50 grams of protein’s worth of chicken that looks more like 30.

Thats not how Id wanna spend 500 calories personally.

That aside id say its probably lower than 50g protein that doesnt look like an entire chicken breast packed in there.

Supposedly the company uses protein enriched foods like protein rice and protein noodles.

*I make a spaghetti that has 50+g of protein so it’s doable*

Yes. I go to a Weight Wellness clinic at a major hospital. They said 30 g of protein was a chicken breast the size of my palm. This looks like more than that, and it’s thick. Plus the rice.

I can’t squint to see the numbers but if it says fuck all than it’s accurate

I mean there only allowed to lie up to 20 percent. Unless they use whey in rice or peas though I’m not sure as that’s not 50g protein in chicken alone.

The Nutrition Facts label is standardized by the FDA with specific formats and fonts, this for a fact is not in that format. They made the whole thing up. That is some serious BS from that “company”.

  18. About 170g of chicken breast is about 52g of protein. Does that look 6.3 ounces of chicken to you?
