  1. Dark ruby in color with a wide reddish rim.

Nose of black currants, cooked plums, licorice, oak, Indian spices, light earth, herbs, tobacco leaf and chocolates.

    Full bodied with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with plums, currants, cooked cherries, oak, chocolates, light licorice, spices, tobacco leaf, light earth, herbs and black pepper.

Tangy finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.

This is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon from Red Mountain in Washington State. Elegant and nicely balanced. Feels like a Left Bank Bordeaux. Spicy and entertaining. Really enjoyed the nose.

This 8 year old Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is drinking beautifully now, with nice complexity and a soft mouthfeel.

Delicious by itself as a sipping wine, and will pair nicely with food too.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were aged for 22 months in all new oak barrels, 80% American and 20% French. A tiny production of only 1,400 bottles.

    14% alcohol by volume.

    92 points.

    $75.

This is the way everyone should share their story about the wine they’re showing. Great job!

I had the winemaker on a work with earlier this year. She is amazing! Very inspiring. All her wines are “Natural Wines” but they come across so smooth and classically old world in style but express the Red Mountain Washington terroir.
It was more than 6 months ago but I am fairly certain they hit all agreed tenets of a natural wine.

    1) Organic and/or Biodynamic
    2) Hand harvested
    3) Indigenous / Native yeasts to the area.
    4) Minimal manipulation / no added Chemicals

All Hedges wines are very fine give their Le Blanc a try its delicious! Also just to hype it up a little more it is a family owned and operated winery. Her brother makes the labels her father and mother bought the land back in the 60s or 70s. Really a labor of love in a bottle. I love seeing this sort of thing!
