


Grocery store had prime brisket point at a great price so I picked up a few to smoke on the 26.
First time ever doing brisket, and I think it turned out great. Family loved it.
Smoked on Weber 26 with SNS and mesquite wood for about 14 hours at 225-250. Wrapped at 170 in foil.

How often did you have to add charcoal?
Looks good! I picked up a full packet brisket last summer to do and our felt so much easier to separate the point and flat to smoke separately vs as a whole.
And that leftover point was great as burnt ends.
