These were good! Each little squid had a pop of flavour when you bit into it. I had them with some leftovers on rice, but I think they would have been better with some hot sauce or on pasta as they are a little plain.
I'm happy I broke out one of my fancier tins, but I'm satisfied having these just once. I don't think I would repurchase for the price even though they are very fun when they are this small.

Those look very cool. For squid or octopus that are a bit dull I like using dumpling sauce. Perks them up without being overpowering.
Im glad you said what it is. They looked like baby pinky mice for a split second and reddit keeps recommending weird subs to me without my consent

I wonder if you could cover them in egg and breadcrumbs and deep fry them briefly for some Popcorn Calamari?
