


This started as a craving for biscuits and gravy and turned into a breakfast pizza! Biscuit dough pressed into a cast iron pizza pan, then topped with a thin layer of country gravy, soft scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and American cheese.
Everything was cooked separately so the crust stayed fluffy and the toppings didn’t sink. It’s rich and comforting.
